She has built and managed a book of over USD 1.6 bn over the last decade. Not only that, but Gitanjali has also previously worked in the real estate lending business with notable organisations such as the ICICI Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank, which has further added to her rich and vast background in lending to the real estate sector for project development, acquisition of property, loan against property, and loan against shares.
In addition to this, her expertise also lies in evaluating real estate assets across the life cycle and making underwriting decisions based on financial viability and risk parameters. She also has experience in operating across all the major metros. Mr P. N. Prasad is a seasoned professional who has 37 years of vast experience in multiple fields of banking. A sharp and astute banker, his specialisation cuts across corporate banking, project finance and structuring, infrastructure lending, debt syndication, audit compliance, international banking, risk management, trade finance, stressed asset management, and resolution.
With sheer determination, hard work, and sincerity, he steadily climbed the ladder to success before retiring eventually. At the time of his retirement, he was leading the corporate banking vertical as the Deputy Managing Director of the State Bank of India (SBI), one of the largest banks in the country. He was also spearheading the Project Finance and Structuring SBU of the bank. Moreover, his illustrious career also saw him as a nominee director of the State Bank of India on the boards of Oman India Joint Investment Fund Management Company Private Limited and HDFC Venture Capital Limited.
Mr Prasad completed his post graduation in science and is a first- rank holder in his Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers examination. Currently, he is an Independent Director in the Insolvency Professional Agency of Institute of Cost Accountants of India (IPA ICAI). Besides that, he is also a member of the committee constituted by the Reserve Bank of India in April 2021 for a comprehensive review of the working of Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs). Furthermore, he was also elected as the Shareholder Director of the Bank of India for a term of 3 years in 2020.
Mr. Ashutosh Taparia has over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience in building and scaling businesses to global leadership. Ashutosh was the Joint Managing Director of Famy Care Limited before its sale to Mylan Pharmaceuticals for 800 Million USD and played a pivotal role in making it a global major in Women’s Healthcare. Ashutosh led the manufacturing operations, supply chain management, marketing activities in the regulated markets and strategic initiatives for the Group. He is part of the Taparia Group. The group continues to run various businesses in the pharmaceutical, health & wellness, FMCG and retail industries. Some of the businesses that he manages are Guardian Pharmacy, GNC India, Bella Vita and Springwel.
Ashutosh also is the founder and Managing Partner at Ananta Capital, an investment management platform focused on partnering with businesses over the long-term. He also leads public markets investments and new business ventures for the Taparia Group. Ashutosh is an MBA from University of Texas, USA.
