Mt. K Kapital is a real estate investment and fund management company built upon the cross-functional, all-encompassing expertise of specialists from the financial services and real estate sectors.

This innovative fund management firm was created by Binitha Dalal (founder) and Abdeali Tambawala (co-founder) by fusing their multidisciplinary experience in real estate development with their expertise in managing, lending, and financing pools of capital for various real estate projects.

The company treads with a holistic purview of being a differentiator to the fund management and real estate development business sector through a very well-rounded, knowledgeable, thorough, and integrated approach. Essentially, Mt. K strives to amalgamate fund management and development prowess to try and achieve optimum returns for investors.

Binitha Dalal

Binitha Dalal brings 15+ years of financial investment expertise and leadership experience to Mt. K Kapital. Over the years, Binitha has been actively involved in key fund-raising programs such as equity raises, debt management, treasury operations, and banking relations across banks and NBFCs. She has also directed acquisitions and strategic partnerships for various industry bodies across India.

Binitha is well known as one of the youngest industry leaders to have joined the Rustomjee Group, where she has been an integral part of the Finance Management and Fund Raising for the Group. Along with being an industry veteran, Binitha is currently an Angel Investor and Convener for Banking & Finance at CREDAI National as well as Joint Secretary at CREDAI MCHI.

Binitha has a Bachelor of Management Studies from Jai Hind College and is an alumna of IIM Bangalore through the CREDAI IIM Bangalore Real Estate Program.

Abdeali Tambawala

Co-Founder & Partner

Abdeali Tambawala has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, rising from numerous successful stints in the fund and wealth management domain with industry giants. At Mt. K Kapital, Abdeali oversees the conceptualization of funds, fundraising for both domestic and offshore markets, and investment management.

Between 2020 and now, Abdeali has successfully raised India’s first domestic warehousing fund at Welspun One Logistics Parks while also advising multiple real estate businesses on their expansion plans on a PAN India level. Before this, for more than a decade, Abdeali was a part of the Fund Management team at IIFL Asset Management that focused on Real Estate Investments; the firm raised and invested over USD 1 billion across real estate projects in the country. He has also been a part of the advisory board and investment committee for several funds.

Abdeali holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the T.A. Pai Management Institute, Manipal.
